What We Can't Take

For legal, safety, or environmental reasons we can't haul the following. If you have any of these, we're happy to refer you to a licensed specialist.

  • Hazardous chemicals — paint thinner, solvents, pesticides, pool chemicals, motor oil
  • Asbestos-containing materials — old insulation, popcorn ceiling, vinyl tile (pre-1980s)
  • Lead-paint debris — requires certified abatement
  • Biohazardous waste — medical waste, sharps, soiled bedding
  • Propane & pressurized tanks — must be properly purged first
  • Live ammunition & explosives — contact local police for safe disposal
  • Wet paint — dry it out first (kitty litter works) and we'll take it
  • Live trees / tree removal — we don't cut down trees, but we'll haul away what a licensed arborist cut
  • Gasoline & fuel — drain mowers, generators, etc. before pickup

Not sure? Just ask. We're happy to help you figure out the right disposal channel even if it's not us.
